What We DO NOT Provide:
• We do NOT perform any work or services
• We do NOT employ workers
• We do NOT guarantee work quality
• We do NOT verify worker qualifications or backgrounds
• We do NOT resolve disputes between users

3.ELIGIBILITY
Age Requirements:
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account and post jobs
• Users aged 16-17 may use the app with parental/guardian supervision for "Teen Jobs" only
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13
Account Requirements:
• One account per person
• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Not share your account with others

4.USER ROLES
4.1 Homeowners
Can:
• Post job listings with tiered pricing options
• Review applications from workers
• Accept applications and hire workers
• Message accepted workers
• Rate and review workers after job completion
Must:
• Provide accurate job descriptions
• Specify fair, legal pay rates
• Treat workers with respect
• Pay agreed-upon amounts
• Comply with all employment laws
4.2 Workers
Can:
• Browse available jobs
• Apply to jobs with messages
• Message homeowners after being accepted
• Complete jobs
• Rate and review homeowners
Must:
• Provide accurate application information
• Complete accepted jobs professionally
• Follow homeowner instructions
• Comply with all safety regulations
4.3 Switching Roles
• Users can switch between homeowner and worker roles
• History and ratings are maintained for each role

5.JOB POSTS AND FEES
5.1 Posting Jobs - Pricing Structure
We offer a county-based free job promotion and tiered pricing for enhanced visibility:
FREE JOBS (Promotional Period):
• First 25 jobs per county: FREE
• Example: First 25 jobs posted in Coos County are free
• After the county reaches 25 total jobs, standard pricing applies
PAID JOBS (After Free Promotion):
• Regular Job: $3
•Standard listing in job feed•Basic visibility to all workers
• Urgent Priority: $6
•Base $3 + $3 urgent add-on•Top of feed for 24 hours•Highlighted/priority placement
• Featured Job: $10
•Base $3 + $7 featured add-on•Premium placement for 7 days•Featured badge•Top of category listing
• Urgent + Featured Combo: $13 (BEST VALUE - SAVE $3)
•Base $3 + $10 combo add-on•Maximum visibility•24-hour urgent priority + 7 days featured•Saves $3 compared to purchasing separately ($16)
5.2 Payment
• All payments processed securely via Stripe
• Fees are non-refundable once a job is posted
• You are responsible for ensuring payment method is valid
• Pricing applies per job post, regardless of how many workers apply
5.3 Job Approval
• All jobs are reviewed by an admin before approval
• We reserve the right to reject any job that violates these Terms
• No refunds for rejected jobs
• Jobs pending admin approval before becoming visible

6.PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may NOT:
6.1 Illegal Activities
• Post jobs for illegal services
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any local, state, or federal laws
6.2 Fraudulent Activities
• Provide false information
• Impersonate another person
• Create multiple accounts
• Manipulate ratings or reviews
6.3 Harmful Content
• Post discriminatory or hateful content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
• Spam or advertise unrelated services
6.4 Platform Abuse
• Attempt to bypass payment systems
• Scrape or collect user data
• Interfere with app functionality
• Reverse engineer the app
6.5 Off-Platform Transactions
While not prohibited, we strongly discourage arranging jobs outside the app:
• No protection if disputes arise
• No ability to rate/review
• No record of the transaction

7.MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER

7.1 Platform Only
Western Home Jobs is a MARKETPLACE PLATFORM ONLY. We:
• Are NOT a party to any agreements between homeowners and workers
• Do NOT employ, supervise, or control workers
• Do NOT guarantee work quality, completion, or timeliness
• Do NOT verify credentials, licenses, or background checks
• Are NOT responsible for worker actions or homeowner conduct
7.2 User Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Verifying worker qualifications and references
• Conducting background checks if desired
• Ensuring proper insurance coverage
• Complying with employment and tax laws
• Workplace safety and injury prevention
• Quality of work performed
• Payment disputes
• Property damage or personal injury
7.3 Independent Contractors
All workers are independent contractors, not employees of:
• Western Home Jobs
• The platform operators
• Other users
Workers are responsible for:
• Their own taxes
• Their own insurance
• Their own tools and equipment
• Their own liability and workers' compensation

8.LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
8.1 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• We are NOT liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
• This includes property damage, personal injury, lost wages, or any other damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months (maximum $100)
8.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Western Home Jobs, its operators, and affiliates from:
• Any claims arising from your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Disputes with other users
Example: If a worker you hired causes property damage, you cannot sue Western Home Jobs. You must resolve the issue with the worker directly.

11.ACCOUNT TERMINATION
